I've had the Bianca for a few days now and haven't pulled a bad shot. Truly a huge step up from the Gaggia Classic. No regrets buying this machine.

Baratza Encore Coffee Grinder

I have worked in coffee shops before and I really wanted to set up my home espresso bar station. I was looking into a lot of different grinders but the Rocket Faustino caught my eye. I decided to buy it and it’s such a great espresso grinder. Quality grind this machine gives is amazing. It’s a great size for your kitchen, not loud and easy to dial in espresso bean grind. If you’re looking into getting a grinder without spending thousands of dollars, I suggest getting this one. This is coming from a barista who’s worked with expensive commercial gear. I love my Rocket Faustino, it’s amazing!!!

This machine is beautiful and built solid. Love the no burn steam wand and the PID takes the guess work out. I wish I would have upgraded to a dual boiler as is does take extra time to make milk drinks but couldn’t be happier

Very nice machine....I wish they will be a half of the price....Does a great espresso....it takes a little practice how much coffee , how long to brew but its a part of it and be came a barista.....My old machine did everything for me but this one you be a barista for you , your family ….friends...its fun

It Is awesome...except the price I always try to buy quality over quantity … and this piece hope will last... very like the settings and vintage look … also using a lot oily beans and never had a problem with clogging the outlet...

Both the transaction with Jeff at justcoffeetech, and the Baratza Virtuoso Grinder were excellent. The grinder fits nicely on the counter-top and is quiet when running. Not noisy at all !! This is a very well made machine. There is no excess vibration, and no odd noises. I haven't used it for espresso so I can't comment on very fine grinds but for everything else it produces consistent grinds with only the barest minimum of fines.
