Vario Coffee Grinder by Baratza
The Vario is a commercial grinder design providing accurate grind performance over a range of brew methods from French press to finely tuned espresso. The Vario uses 54mm flat ceramic burrs which provide more precise grind and longer life than steel burrs. The grinder provides very quiet operation.
The Vario provides a macro and fine adjustment with a combination of 230 settings. Adjustable brackets can accommodate any portafilter. The LED panel provides three programmable buttons for timed-based dosing within 0.1 seconds.
