Built with commercial quality components, the Evoluzione R uses a rotary pump providing quiet and robust performance as well as enabling plumbing direct water to your machine and eliminating the need to periodically refill your tank.

The Evoluzione comes in the same two body styles as the Type V -- the Giotto and the Mozzafiato. Named after Giotto di Bondone, an Italian artist and architect from the Late Middle Ages, the Giotto with its angled lines, reflects classic Italian styling, where the Mozzafiato provides a clean modern look.

The Evoluzione R includes an integrated PID control, insulated boilers and 9mm end plates provide more stability and consistency for each shot.åÊ The PID control allows you to adjust the brewing temperature to match different roast levels.
