The Vivaldi II has a programmable passive pre-infusion feature that provides optimal temperate control at the brew head and is typically only found on some of the most expensive machines on the market.

- An improved 4-hole (0.9mm) steam wand provides smoother microfoam
- Direct water connection -- this machine must be plumbed
