Alexia Evo by Quick Mill
The Alexia Evo from Quick Mill is a great entry level espresso machine based on a single boiler design. Its perfect for anyone primarily interested in espresso or making occasional milk-based drinks. The Alexia features a PID temperature control and an E61 brew head to provide better thermal stability and consistent espresso shots. The PID control also provides the ability to tune the brew temperature to match the roast level.
